My name is Natalia and I work as Scrum master in Emil Frey Digital, based in Varaždin. It is an innovation hub of Emil Frey Group, the largest car distributor in Europe serving millions of customers in 15 countries. I have worked there for 5 years so far, with total of 10 years of experience in IT industry. I started working as a business analyst, but quickly outgrew to Scrum Master. Very dynamic role, that I love to do. I mainly work with one team, focusing on our processes, watching and suggesting how to improve us. I am trying to be overly positive and challenge the team, so we can do better with each sprint. When I am not battling developers and POs, I am building the biggest Lego Duplo city with my toddler. If his naps are long enough, I am trying to beat my husband in boardgames. We spent our weekends in search of sunshine, wheatear it is on a mountain or some new city that we are exploring.
