With the advent of cloud computing, the concept of "infrastructure as code" became popular. There are several tools that allow us to write that code in Java. As part of the lecture, the concept of "infrastructure as code" and its advantages will be explained, as well as the AWS Cloud Development Kit (CDK) and its application in a simple example.

Miljen Stanković has more than 20 years of experience in software development. He is currently employed as a Head of Technology Office at Libusoft Cicom. Before that, he also worked as a programmer, database administrator, and Head of Database Department. He holds multiple certificates including Oracle Certified Professional Java SE Programmer, AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional, and AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional.
