At the moment, there is a lot of talk about artificial intelligence and how it’s going to replace humans in some jobs, but how much truth is there in this, and how much of it is just speculation?The fact that a tool now exists doesn’t guarantee its use, and even less its accuracy. What are the current capabilities of AI? Is it capable of taking our jobs in IT or will it be in the near future? How does all this affect beginners? Do we have an idea of how software development will look like in the near future?In this talk we’ll try to give some answers to these and similar questions or at least a developer perspective on them.

Dubravko Bogović, author
Full stack software engineer with a long experience in software battles on the web, cloud and in databases. I gathered my XP in .NET, Java, Node.js, various UI JS frameworks (ReactJS is my favorite), supportive tools (Redis, RabbitMQ,...) and system architectures.I believe in interesting projects, constant learning in our chosen profession and that we can always find great solutions for our challenges, even better ones when we share our knowledge and experiences.Let’s gather some XP together and get to that next level.
