Call for Papers for the Java Conference, JavaCro'23 has been extended until June 30.
Venue: Island Hotel Istra, St. Andrew's Island, Rovinj, Croatia
Once again, HrOUG (Croatian Oracle User Group) and HUJAK (Croatian Java User Association) are organizing the largest international Java conference in this part of Europe. Our intent is to gather more than 50 sessions from high-quality speakers from Croatia and the EU, as well as some world-known speakers from this field. We expect more than 300 participants to join us for another great edition of the JavaCro conference, this year in Island Hotel Istra near Rovinj, one of the top tourist destinations in Croatia.
If there is an interesting topic that you want to share with the community and present your achievements, we invite you to submit your proposal. This is an excellent opportunity to tell your story, share your experience, show your project results and promote your product, your company and yourself in front of many software developers, software architects, and project managers, as well as media representatives, potential partners, and clients. Benefit from the various networking opportunities of the conference, exchange views with other attendees and make new contacts.
Format and length of lectures
The official languages of the conference are Croatian and English.
It is preferable the duration of the presentations to be 45 minutes including the time for Q&A.
Lecturers can submit a standard length lecture of 45 minutes. If you need more time to carry out a lecture, there is possibility to have a double length of lectures (90 minutes) or slots for workshops (2-3 hours)
Your contributions are expected no later than June, 30th, 2023.
Our final selection of the lecturers will be finished until, July, 10th, 2023..

The lecturers to be admitted to the conference program will receive a free conference pass for the conference. A free conference pass to one speaker per conference presentation, and does not include the cost of travel to the conference and accommodation cost.

Upon successful submission procedure, you will get confirmation. By sending your proposal, you give the organizers a right to promote, publish, present, and distribute the submitted information and materials, including your name and proposal details, for the purpose of organizing the JavaCro conference.
